Why Is Donna a Certified Life Coach?

While volunteering with children in educational settings, Donna recognized many were grieving for various reasons in various ways. Instead of providing a safe place for emotional expression or tools for emotional regulation, schools reprimanded their behaviors. She observed children unable to understand, articulate, and manage their emotions were facing significant challenges learning in a school setting.

When Donna was a teenager, her younger, only sister passed away unexpectedly. This life altering experience further catapulted her to help others who are struggling emotionally and may (or may not) be aware of the impact of their pain and grief.

This knowledge inspired Donna’s choice to increase her knowledge and education to better assist these students and their families.
